| | | TOURING ARTISTS touring artists is an information portal for internationally mobile artists, provides comprehensive information on visas/residence, transport/customs, taxes, social security, other insurances, and copyright. touring artists primarily maps the circumstances, legal regulations, and administrative procedures in Germany ? for foreign artists who work here temporarily and for German artists or artists who live in Germany and who work abroad for a limited time. It also considers the perspective of Germany-based organizers. The website is available in English and German.

Through our STEP Beyond Travel Grants programme, ECF has been supporting all kinds of cross-border creativity over the past ten years ? including music, visual art, theatre, dance, film, documentary, multimedia, design, photography, fashion and cultural capacity building. STEP Beyond Travel Grants are designed for up-and-coming artists and cultural workers to travel between EU countries and countries bordering the EU.
